Seal Coating
Seal Coating is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements to provide a layer of protection from the elements: water, oils, and U.V. damage. When water from snow or rain seeps through the asphalt, it can create pools of water underneath it, which lead to further cracking and damage. Seal Coating helps to ensure your driveway will be protected and last its longest while looking its best.
Pressure Washing
Maintaining a welcoming and professional look can be difficult. You have a variety of factors working against you, such as pollution, mildew, grease and dirt that can make your driveways, retaining walls and sidewalks filthy. Having a pressure washing done helps ensure that you are removing these contaminants, keeping your surface looking its best.
Striping
Over time, UV rays and precipitation can fade parking lot striping paint until it's barely visible. Line striping and other parking lot maintenance not only improves the curb appeal of your business, but protects pedestrians and drivers.
Concrete Sealing/Staining
Whether your driveway is gray concrete, colored concrete or has a stamped pattern, sealing the concrete is recommended as part of the maintenance routine. Your driveway will be subjected to many things that can leave unsightly stains on the surface. The right sealer will keep them from penetrating the surface of the concrete and will protect it from water penetration which causes cracks.
Crack Seal
Water is the most destructive elements to asphalt and concrete parking lots & driveways. Crack Sealing is performed as a preventative maintenance procedure to prevent the infiltration of water to the sub grade, thereby leading to pot holes and cracks. Crack Sealing can reduce pavement deterioration by restricting water penetration.
